Sourced from a single vineyard from the acclaimed Seven Hills Vineyard in the Walla Walla Valley. the grapes thrive in the windblown loess soils, and are densley concentrated at harvest. While this wine is structured to age, it has the finesse to take on the heartiest of food pairings.

TASTING NOTES AS OF SEPTEMBER, 2023:
Aromas of blueberry scone, star anise, dried blueberries, cocoa, fennel, prune and cured meat. On the palate there is a dark concentrated earthiness alongside flavors of candied blueberry, smoked jerky, molasses, and black fruits.
